Client

  • Through an initial client intake process, specific client goals and outcomes will be identified and defined collaboratively.

  • Goals and outcomes will be documented and serve as the foundation for the work to be completed.

  • Final project evaluation will include an in-person exit interview as well as a follow-up digital survey assessing qualitative and quantitative measurements.

 

Business Strategy

  • Identify business goals and tactics through an initial strategic plan. These goals will be values-based and SMART focused.

  • Perform quarterly assessments that measure progress toward the identified goals.

  • Adjust tactics based on assessments.
