ORGL 615: Organizational Theory and Behavior

This course was probably the most challenging one for me. It forced me to focus much more on data, tools, and systems thinking than I do in my nonprofit arts world. It also included a great deal of team project work, something that I hadn’t really experienced in this program before which also brought it’s own set of challenges. That being said, I’ve already used some of the systems analysis tools at work, and expect to continue to apply them with future endeavors.

I’ve chosen to include my Final reflection post as my artifact since the group presentations were not solely my work.
